This Blackened Chicken with Taco Seasoning is an AWESOME quick go to meal! It can work well for those following Beach Body’s 21 Day Fix. I often enjoy as a meal prep for my lunches but it works as a quick go to supper. I usually serve it with a chopped salad. Just thought I’d share because I know sometimes we need a little meal-inspiration- enjoy!
How I prepare mine:
I simply cook the chicken in a bit of olive oil. Only a few minutes per side, which means your meal is done in less than 10 minutes! 😲
I only season and blacken one side of the chicken with the taco seasoning.While the chicken is cooking it’s time to prep the salad. If you’re following 21 day don’t forget to measure 🙂Once the chicken is done (it’s not burnt (lol) I blacken one side) it’s ready to serve. I used a red, green and purple cup. I never use the full dressing/blue cup because I cook with the oil, too. I’m still trying to get some of my measurements more accurate! 🙂 Hope this helps with some meal ideas!
